When it comes to pricing, we take three things into account…

The estimated time it will take to complete the job.

The tools required to do the job right.  

The level of experience required to do the job

Yes we offer Free Inspections, with free estimates and quotes.

 We accept cash, check, direct bank to bank transfers 

We charge by the job, NOT by the hour for most jobs. When we estimate jobs, we give price estimates or range of cost of labor for a complete project or job. The reason why we charge by the job is really a benefit to our customers, so that if a project runs for longer than expected the customer will be charged the estimated price.

We only require a deposit for costly materials (special orders for doors, windows, flooring, paint, and others), if the cost is more than $100. Any refunds would require a re-stocking fee, depending on the cost of the parts or materials.

Unfortunately payment for services rendered are due upon completion 

Currently we cover all of Rhode Island

Our goal is to provide as many services as possible. Unfortunately, the reality is that we can't do everything....yet. However, we do most things and there are only a few things we don't do. Also, the few things we don't do we can set you up with someone we both can trust

We are a registered & insured general contracting & handyman business that provides professional repair, remodel, and construction services to home & commercial clients

We care about you, the client. And we believe the best way to do that is not to be the typical general contractor who sub-contracts out all the work. We complete your project in house.
